Request the use of AICC facilities for your event

Thank you for your interest in renting a space at the AICC!

We hope the facility will be the perfect fit for your event. Before completing this application, please take note of the following:

  • Applications must be submitted at least 3 weeks prior to your event date.
  • A deposit is required at least 2 weeks prior to your event date.
  • Upon approval, we will send you a rental agreement that includes the rental fee details.

Submission of this form does not guarantee approval. We will be in touch once your application has been reviewed.

    Who is the event intended for?

    What cause is being supported and how will funds be handled?

    Who will oversee and manage the event on-site?

    List any topics, or speakers that could be considered controversial or unfamiliar to the community.

    Please read the following policies carefully before signing:

    • All events must comply with AICC guidelines

    • No alcohol, drugs, or smoking permitted on AICC property.

    • Maximum occupancy limits must be respected.

    • All decorations must be temporary and may not damage the facility.

    • Events must conclude at the approved end time.

    • Submission of this form does not guarantee approval.

    • If approved, I agree to sign a rental agreement and provide required deposit.

    • Any changes must be communicated in advance.
